WHITEWATER

Whitewater Ski Resort, just outside Nelson, British Columbia, is where true powder hounds come to play, a hidden gem surrounded by the breathtaking Selkirk Mountains.

Renowned for its deep, dry powder, laid-back vibe, and stunning backcountry access, Whitewater offers a pure mountain experience far from the crowds. Over 12 metres of snow falls here each season, blanketing steep bowls, glades, and groomers in light, fluffy powder that keeps skiers and riders coming back year after year.

There’s something for everyone, from mellow tree runs to challenging chutes, all with that signature Kootenay charm. Off the mountain, Nelson’s vibrant arts scene, cozy cafés, craft breweries, and warm mountain-town hospitality make it the perfect base for your winter adventure.

Whitewater isn’t about flash, it’s about soul. Incredible snow, awe-inspiring scenery, and a community that lives for the mountains. This is skiing, the way it’s meant to be.
