NOZAWA ONSEN

Nozawa Onsen is a ski resort located in the northern region of Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The ski resort is known for its powdery snow, steep slopes, and long runs. It is one of the oldest ski areas in Japan, having opened in the late 19th century, and is a popular destination for both domestic and foreign skiers and snowboarders.

Nozawa Onsen is renowned for its terrain, which is suitable for all levels of skiers and riders. The resort has 13 ski lifts, including a gondola, and a total of 24 runs. It also has a wide variety of terrain parks, including a half-pipe, moguls, and a boarder cross. The longest run is the Yamabiko run, which is 5.2 kilometers in length.

The resort also has a variety of activities for those who want to take a break from skiing or snowboarding. There are plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as hot springs available to enjoy. You can also visit the local brewery or take a snowshoeing tour.
