Nozawa Onsen is a ski resort located in the northern region of Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The ski resort is known for its powdery snow, steep slopes, and long runs. It is one of the oldest ski areas in Japan, having opened in the late 19th century, and is a popular destination for both domestic and foreign skiers and snowboarders.
