Your adventure begins with 7 nights in Whistler, home to the largest ski resort in North America. Boasting over 8,000 acres of terrain, Whistler Blackcomb offers something for every skier and snowboarder, from wide-open groomers to legendary bowls and challenging steeps. Off the slopes, the pedestrian village is full of energy, with great dining, shopping, and après-ski spots to explore.

On 01 March, the group travels to Sun Peaks for another 7 nights and 6 days of skiing. This charming resort offers a more relaxed pace with excellent terrain across three mountains, perfect grooming, and a ski-in/ski-out alpine village atmosphere. With fewer crowds and plenty of sunshine, it’s a favourite among those in the know.

Throughout the tour, enjoy comfortable accommodation, group camaraderie, and the confidence of traveling with a tour leader who takes care of the details. Meet your Tour Leader Kiri Barfoot

Meet your ski group tour leader, Kiri Barfoot. Kiri’s extensive ski background spans from childhood days at Whakapapa to international adventures in Japan and North America, alongside conquering most of the South Island’s resorts. She’s an advanced skier with a Level 1 instructor qualification, driven by a deep love for the snow, the mountains, and the unique challenges and friendships skiing offers. This trip promises a fun, slightly adventurous, and highly social experience for anyone keen to connect with fellow ski enthusiasts. Beyond skiing, Kiri embraces an active lifestyle of biking, hiking, swimming, and world travel. Kiri is a former Director of her family business Auckland Real Estate firm Barfoot & Thompson and retired to spend more time in the snow than the boardroom.
